What's the duration for after-school classes?
Classes are schedule for the whole semester and for any class listing, you can assume that the same schedule will run for the semester unless noted otherwise.
Your children are encouraged to attend the class for the length of the semester. However, if you have conflicts in certain months, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Some classes (like coding) will require students to start at the same time as the knowledge builds on from the previous class.
For other classes, like art, music, and mixed-level language, we can be more flexible with start dates.
Do you offer refund for classes that are not attended?
In general, we do not offer refund unless there is sufficient prior notice before the payment cycle starts. In certain cases, we can offer credits that can be used for other classes.

Why am I only paying for one month if the class is all semester?
We are doing this to make it easier and more convenient for your family's cash flow. If you prefer to pay the whole block of a semester, please contact us and we are happy to send you an invoice for the whole block!
Can I pay cash or cheque, instead of online?
