This option is only available for WILASC camps at South Whidbey Community Center

 

If your child is in need of lunch coverage to attend WILASC’s summer camps, you can sign up for a free lunch provided by Whidbey Island Nourishes (WIN). 

The free lunches are provided by Whidbey Island Nourishes - a local philanthropic nonprofit mostly operated by volunteers, serving South Whidbey youth in need of healthy food to thrive. WILASC is one of their community partner for our summer camp program.

HOW IT WORKS

The FREE LUNCH option has recently been added to each South Whidbey camp listing – if you sign up for a camp, please add the “FREE LUNCH BY WIN”option when you check out. 

If you signed up for a camp but DID NOT sign up for WIN’s free lunch, you can add a free lunch here we will add your child’s name to the free lunch list. 

Each week we will send WIN the number of students who request a free lunch and they will send us the lunch bags to South Whidbey Community Center accordingly. Your advanced notice is much appreciated so that the team at WIN can prepare sufficient lunch bags for your kids!

MENU

WIN serves healthy, hearty lunch bags (usually a wrap or sandwich, some yogurt, some fruits etc.) that are prepared by its volunteers. WILASC is not responsible for the menu or other particulars related to the food served. If your kids have any allergies or restrictions, please let us know well in advance so that we can inform WIN accordingly.
