Blast off into a world of ooey-gooey slime, explosive volcanoes, and whizzing balloon cars in this hands-on STEM extravaganza! This class is more than just about having some fun – it has been designed to build important skills needed for your child’s success in the 21 st century.

Each week, students will be introduced to a fun project that piques their curiosity, spark their imagination, and sharpen their problem-solving skills. Some examples:

  • Craft your own slimy creations: From bouncing, bubbly slime to mesmerizing oobleck, mix up science with pure fun!
  • Coding magic: train a “Robot Puppy" by entering the programing codes to create a series of      movements.
  • Race your very own balloon  car: Engineer a super speedy racer fueled by air and watch it zoom past the competition.
  • Turn milk into butter with just a shake and explore physics and chemistry in action!
  • Create your own Snap Circuits to make Valentine cards and other cool applications
  • Become a tower-building master with toilet paper rolls!
  • And so much more!

TRAINING LITTLE SCIENTISTS: Teacher Ariel will guide students to create an age-appropriate “record-keeping” notebook– so that they can record their own observations, ask questions, develop hypotheses, analyze results, and reflect on their learning. This is a powerful method to encourage their observation skills, train their scientific mindset, and actively craft their understanding of science.
